Apricot jam for the winter - useful tips and tricks

• Cooking any jam is complicated by the fact that the mass constantly wants to burn and can not be left unattended for even a minute. So that the sweetness does not stick to the vessel, you can use a pot or saucepan with a non-stick surface.

• The apricot harvest will be more aromatic if you add a cinnamon stick or clove star, vanilla pod during cooking. When casting, flavoring is best removed.
