American dancer, choreographer and actress Carrie Ann Inaba, while still a little girl, felt close to animals and nature. Repeatedly the judge of the American television show "Dancing with the Stars" advocated for the conservation of wildlife in Hawaii. “I always knew that I should be the voice of those who cannot speak for themselves,” says Inaba, 44.

According to her, with the launch of a new project for animals, she achieved one of the things she wanted throughout her life. "When you really want to fulfill your dreams, you are afraid to fail. But I do not have the right, because it is not for me, this is for animals."

The last impetus for the realization of a dream was the death of her cat Shadow last fall. First of all, she took 4 more cats into her “family”. And now she has about 25 animals, including and dogs. "Now I need to think about a larger living space for them."

Inaba is collaborating with the Entertainment Industry Foundation to lay the foundation for the Animal Project, which aims to support funds to help animals.

Carrie Ann Inaba has set an impressive goal - to raise $ 1 million in the first year of its foundation. She created a charity auction where people can win tickets to the finale of Dancing with the Stars. “I gave my personal ticket to the finals,” Inaba admitted.

And in response to the evil reproaches from ill-wishers, Inaba said: “I am very grateful that I have a job and I am able to earn a living. I don’t need so much to live. "We don’t need so much to have a wonderful life - I learned this from animals."
