Recipe 1. "Pumpkin casserole with cheese and minced meat"

Ingredients

• 300-400 gr - pumpkin
• 500 gr - minced meat
• 1 pc - carrots
• 1/2 tbsp. - tomato paste
• 1 pc - bow

• 100-150g - non-solid cheese (grated)

• 1 handful - pumpkin seeds
• 1/2 tbsp - sour cream
• salt
• mayonnaise

Cooking method

Cooking method

1. Cut the skin from the pumpkin, remove the seeds. Chop the pumpkin on a grater and evenly lay in the mold.
2. Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk and melted butter.
3. Add sugar, salt and mix well.
4. Pour the grated pumpkin obtained with milk, butter and eggs mixture.
5. Put the mold in the oven t 200 C.

Recipe 3. "Pumpkin Casserole with Parmesan"

Ingredients

• 1 kg - pumpkin
• 2 pcs - eggs
• 1 pc - medium-sized onion
• 1/2 pcs - sweet pepper
• 1 tbsp - light mayonnaise
• 150 gr - parmesan or cheddar
• pepper
• salt
• crackers

Cooking method

1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into slices. Put in a small pan.
2. Add pepper and finely chopped onions to the pumpkin.
3. Pour a little water into the pan and simmer everything until soft.
4. Prepare mashed potatoes from the resulting mass.
5. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the ready-made pumpkin puree, mayonnaise and grated cheese to them.
6. Lubricate the mold with butter, put the cooked pumpkin mixture in it.
7. Sprinkle crushed cracker crumbs on top.
8. Bake at t 170С for about 30 minutes.

Recipe 4 "Apple and Pumpkin Casserole"

Ingredients

• 10 pcs - apples
• 1 kg - pumpkin
• 500 gr - cottage cheese
• 5 tbsp - semolina
• 2 pcs - eggs
• 6 tbsp - sugar
• 3 tbsp - crushed white crackers
• 1/2 - lemon
• 1 sachet - vanillin
• cinnamon
• margarine (or vegetable oil)
• powdered sugar.

Cooking method

1. Cut the pulp of pumpkin into small cubes, boil in a small amount of water.
2. Cool the mass, grind in a blender (until puree).
3. In mashed potatoes add half the sugar and semolina, mix, leave for half an hour (for swelling).
4. Peel the apples, cut into slices.
5. Pour apple slices with lemon juice and simmer until soft.
6. Grease the form with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
7. Add one beaten egg + butter croutons to pumpkin puree, knead well.
8. Evenly distribute pumpkin puree along the bottom of the form, sprinkle cinnamon on top.
9. Top with applesauce.
10. Add to the cottage cheese add vanillin, sugar (remaining) + yolk, grind thoroughly. At the very end, carefully inject whipped protein.
11. Put the curd mixture on top of applesauce, sprinkle with powder.
12. Place the casserole in the oven - t 180 C - bake for about 25-30 minutes.
Such a casserole can be served cold, hot and warm - in any case it will be delicious ...
