According to experts, under the influence of store shelves filled with granola and a variety of cereals, people are gradually starting to abandon traditional cereals in their diet. And in vain, since scientists have found that regular eating of various cereals increases life expectancy by an average of 20%. Similar conclusions were drawn from observations of 400 thousand people.

For 20 years, study participants were constantly questioned about their diet. Over time, it turned out that people who regularly consumed cereals were much less likely to get sick and die from various types of cancer.
