A recipe for stunning pan-mayonnaise champignons in a skillet. They can be cooked whole if the mushrooms are small. In this case, it turns out very beautifully.

Ingredients

• 400 g of champignons;

• 120 g of onion;

• 2 tbsp. l oils;

• 130 g of mayonnaise;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• dill, salt and pepper.

Cooking

1. Cut the peeled onion heads, no need to grind the vegetable. Throw in a frying pan to the oil, fry a little.

2. Cut the mushrooms. If there is not much time, then you can chop the plates, nor they will cook faster. But it is better to cut the mushrooms in halves or quarters. Pour to the onion, fry together. All water should evaporate.

3. As soon as the mushrooms begin to fry, we make mayonnaise: put the indicated amount in a bowl, add chopped garlic, pepper, salt.

4. Season the fried mushrooms with mayonnaise sauce, stir.

5. Cover the pan, cook the mushrooms under the lid for about a quarter of an hour.

6. Open, sprinkle with dill and you're done! Serve as an independent dish or in addition to any side dishes.

Mushrooms in mayonnaise with cheese in the oven

The recipe for a delicious and very juicy champignon dish with cheese. Use only fresh mushrooms.

Ingredients

• 500 g of mushrooms;

• 2 onion heads;

• 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

• 120 g of cheese;

• spices, a little oil.

Cooking

1. Rinse mushrooms, spread on a napkin, dry. Then cut into fours. Small mushrooms can be simply cut in half.

2. Add salt to mayonnaise, pepper, stir. Put garlic on request.

3. Combine mayonnaise with mushrooms, mix in a bowl. Leave to marinate for ten minutes.

4. Lubricate the mold. Cut the onion, pour it out as the first layer. You can add carrots, cut into circles or strips.

5. On top of the vegetables spread the mushrooms in mayonnaise.

6. Put in a heated oven (200 degrees) for half an hour.

7. Take out, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese on a coarse grater. Return to the oven, cook the mushrooms in the oven for about fifteen minutes.

Champignons in potato mayonnaise

A variant of a very hearty and nutritious dish of mushrooms with potatoes. If desired, it can be prepared with cheese. In this case, fill the layer at the end of the preparation and add the temperature additionally so that the crust is beautifully browned.

Ingredients

• 10 pieces. champignons;

• 10 potatoes;

• 2 onions;

• 150 g of mayonnaise;

• 0.5 tsp black pepper;

• salt;

• cheese at will.

Cooking

1. Peel the potatoes. Cut into pieces, the thickness is not more than half a centimeter. We throw it into a bowl.

2. Add the mushrooms, cut into about the same pieces.

3. Now put the mayonnaise, pepper and salt, add seasonings to your taste, but you can put nothing else. Stir.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

5. Cut the onions, put on the bottom of a greased form or deep pan.

6. From above we distribute potatoes with champignons in mayonnaise.

7. We send to bake. Cook for about an hour. After 40 minutes, you can pierce the potatoes, check the degree of readiness. If desired, sprinkle with raw cheese at the end, bake until crust.

Champignon with breast in mayonnaise

A recipe for a classy champignon dish in mayonnaise and chicken breast. Here you need one thing, that is, two fillets. Preparing a dish in a pan.

Ingredients

• one breast;

• two onions;

• 3-4 tablespoons of oil;

• 250 g of champignons;

• 160 g of mayonnaise;

• garlic, spices, herbs.

Cooking

1. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Pour a spoonful of oil into the pan, it is enough to lubricate the surface, put the mushrooms, fry until almost ready.

2. Pour the rest of the oil into another pan, put the onion chopped into strips first, as soon as it is browned, add the fillet. It can also be cut into strips or small cubes. Fry all together for no more than five minutes.

3. Combine the mushrooms with chicken, add mayonnaise, pepper and salt. Stir.

4. Cover the pan, simmer everything for about three or four minutes.

5. Add the garlic, pepper, mix, warm for a minute and turn it off. If you do not want the dish to have a pronounced aroma of garlic, then put it earlier, for example, at the time of combining chicken and mushrooms.

Champignons in mayonnaise with potted vegetables

For this wonderful dish, you can take a large pot or several small dishes for portion serving. We do as we like more.

Ingredients

• 300g champignons;

• 100 g of onion;

• a spoon of flour;

• 40 g of drain oil .;

• 150 g of mayonnaise;

• 100 g carrots;

• 2 tomatoes;

• 1 pepper.

Cooking

1. Melt the butter in a skillet.

2. Cut the mushrooms in half. If the champignons are large, then they are smaller. We put in a pan and fry for five minutes at the highest heat.

3. Remove the mushrooms, lightly fry the onions in the remaining oil. This will give the dish a very pleasant aroma.

4. Drop mushrooms and onions into a bowl.

5. Cut the carrots with pepper, add. We spread all the mayonnaise at once, add salt, add other seasonings and stir.

6. Tomato cut into circles. If the peel of a tomato is tough, then it is better to remove it. To do this, the vegetable is poured boiling water for a moment. Then rinsed with cold water.

7. We put mushrooms with vegetables in pots, in some places we put mugs of tomatoes.

8. Put the pots in a cold oven. Turn on the oven 180 degrees, forget about the dish for an hour.

Grilled champignons in mayonnaise

A wonderful recipe for delicious and fragrant champignons in mayonnaise marinade. For cooking, you can use any available grill or barbecue. Moreover, along with mushrooms, you can pickle chicken, vegetables. But then take more sauce.

Ingredients

• 400 g of champignons;

• 120 g of mayonnaise;

• 3 tbsp. l soy sauce;

• 1 tbsp. l mustard.

In addition, you will need spices: black pepper and sweet paprika, hops-suneli, curry, oregano and other types to your taste. We take 1 tbsp. l mixtures.

Cooking

1. Since the mushrooms will be cooked on the grill, they must not only be washed well, but also dried. Leave to lie on a napkin.

2. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade: mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce. Add seasoning mixture. Salting is not necessary if the soy sauce is natural.

3. Combine the mushrooms with the marinade, mix, cover and leave for a couple of hours. After an hour, you can mix gently so that the sauce is evenly distributed.

4. We take out the champignons, shake off the excess mayonnaise, string it on skewers or simply spread it on a heated grill. Bring to readiness.

Champignons in mayonnaise with mustard, ham and cheese

Another version of delicious oven-baked mushrooms. But in general, mustard can be safely added to any mayonnaise marinade, they perfectly complement each other. Instead of ham, you can take smoked or boiled chicken, meat, sausage, bacon.

Ingredients

• 500 g of champignons of the same size;

• 150 g of mayonnaise;

• 120 g of ham;

• 1 tbsp. l mustard;

• salt, pepper, a little garlic;

• 130 g of cheese.

Cooking

1. Rinse the mushrooms, remove the legs from them, we will use only hats. There is nothing to chop.

2. Mix spices and mayonnaise, put mustard, grind, add a little chopped garlic.

3. Add the sauce to the mushrooms, gently stir, grease the hat inside.

4. Grate the cheese and chop the ham finely, mix. Fill the hats with the cooked filling.

5. Put the mushrooms in one layer in the mold.

6. We send to bake in the oven. The process will take from 25 to 35 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms. The temperature in the region of 180-190 degrees.

Champignons in mayonnaise - useful tips and tricks

• If the mushrooms are frozen, then before cooking in the oven they need to give time for thawing. Then it is better to squeeze the mushrooms to get rid of excess water.

• The legs of champignons are much tougher, require more time to cook, it is better not to use them simultaneously with hats. But this is a great addition to minced meat, with them you can cook mushroom soups.

• If you need to boil the mushrooms beforehand, then add a pinch of dry citric acid or a spoonful of fresh juice to the water. The mushrooms will not darken, they will remain bright and beautiful.

• To prepare a less fatty dish, you can mix the mayonnaise in half with sour cream or cream.

• Do not use low-calorie mayonnaise for baking or stewing. It often has a lot of thickeners, starch, preservatives. It is not known how these additives will behave during heating.
