As scientists have proven, the conventional expression "scared to death" has a real basis. Studies have shown that a strong fright may well lead to a sudden cardiac arrest and even death.

The reason for this lies in the special hormones that are released into the blood of a person during a strong startle. Hormones cause a number of chemical reactions, as a result of which the bacteria directly enter the bloodstream, the consequences of which can be thrombosis, severe heart attack and ultimately a complete cardiac arrest.

According to the conclusion of scientists, there are several types of bacteria that cause just such a reaction of the organism and these microorganisms live in human blood.
