A simple application for phones, using which you can take pictures of your food, really helps those who lose weight get rid of unnecessary kilograms. Application developers - British researchers have tested and proved that this simple program is quite effective.

The principle of action is as follows: the user takes pictures of all the dishes that he plans to eat before eating. After eating, he studies the photo and honestly answers the questions: “How full are you?”, “Have you eaten everything?” The next time you just need to see pictures of the food eaten and think about the diet. The developers thought through everything to the smallest detail - the application provides SMS alerts, regularly reminding forgetful customers about calories consumed. The main point is that people remember foods that they ate, and this helps to avoid high-calorie foods in the future.

The application was tested by 12 overweight respondents. For four weeks, they used the application five to seven times daily. Three meals were neatly fixed. As a result, volunteers lost 1.5 kilograms.

Six people lost a kilogram or more, four were able to boast of a result of 0-1 kilograms, and two volunteers gained 400 and 11 grams, respectively. According to the inventor Eric Robinson (University of Liverpool), the application helps a losing weight to think in the right direction and control the food eaten.
