Cooking pancakes with sausage is quick and easy. This is a versatile and convenient meal. Pancakes are perfectly baked and complement the taste of a rich and juicy filling.

A variety of recipes help to prepare a hearty dish with a pleasant and attractive aroma. You can enjoy pancakes with sausage - an original, but uncomplicated snack, at any time. They are suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Pancakes with sausage - the general principles of cooking

Culinary specialists distinguish pancakes from pancakes. In their opinion, the first must be prepared using yeast.

Modern recipes contain a lot of ways to knead the dough. Every housewife has a favorite and proven method. And it doesn’t necessarily use yeast to make pancakes. The dough should be like thick sour cream.

Ready-made pancakes are thicker than pancakes. But both of them are equally tasty and fragrant.

They are baked in a very hot pan on both sides. As a rule, this process occurs in vegetable oil. But you can use its mixture with cream or fat.

Baking pancakes and crepes is only one of the stages of cooking.

An equally important stage is the preparation of the filling. Its main component is sausage. It is better to choose a low-fat variety and be sure to check for freshness. Most often, the dish is prepared with delicate milk or doctor's sausage. But it is perfect and spicy with salt, and smoked meat and even liver.

Cheese, fresh herbs, sweet pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, garlic and onions complement the sausage well. And mayonnaise and mustard add piquancy and an interesting flavor to the dish. Favorite spices - paprika, curry, cayenne pepper - will help to add more sharp notes.

The third step in the preparation of the dish is to combine the pancake with the filling. It is placed in the middle or edge of the baked product. Then the pancake is wrapped with an envelope or roll.

The filling can be mixed with dough or cook pancakes with seasoning.

It is advisable to eat hot dishes. But pancakes with sausage can be frozen and used later.

Recipe 1. Pancakes with piquant sausage

Ingredients:

For the test:

• three cups of flour;

• one liter of milk;

• three tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream and sugar;

• two eggs;

• one bag of dry yeast;

• two pinches of salt.

For filling:

• 300 gr. doctor's sausage;

• 100 gr. hard cheese;

• 50 ml sour cream;

• ½ teaspoon of mustard.

Cooking method:

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add half the flour and mix. Cover with a towel and leave for an hour.

Beat eggs in foam. Then put sugar, salt and sour cream. Beat again, mix with dough and add flour. Leave for half an hour.

We bake pancakes on both sides and put them in a stack on a large plate.

Pass the sausage through a meat grinder.

We take a grater and grate larger cheese. Send it to a deep bowl.

Mix with sausage, sour cream and mustard.

We put the filling on the edge of the pancakes and wrap the sausage.

We heat in the microwave and proceed to the meal.

Recipe 2. Pancakes with sausage "Quick appetizer"

Ingredients:

For filling:

• 0.2 kg of smoked sausage;

• clove of garlic;

• 50 gr. green parsley;

• four walnuts;

• one art. l mayonnaise.

For the test:

• three tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise and flour;

• three eggs;

• two pinches of salt.

Cooking method:

We cut the sausage into cubes.

Using a fine grater or garlic press, grind the garlic.

Shred the parsley.

In a separate plate, mix all three ingredients.

Place the nuts in a mortar and crush with a wooden pestle.

Add them to the sausage plate. We put mayonnaise here and mix.

Next, prepare the dough for baking pancakes.

Put flour and mayonnaise in a deep bowl. Drive eggs and salt.

Mix until smooth with a mixer.

Well, heat the pan with sunflower oil and bake pancakes.

We place the filling on one of the edges, wrap it with a roll. Cut into pieces of two or three centimeters thick.

Recipe 3. Pancakes with sausage and sweet pepper

Ingredients:

For filling:

• 150 gr. sausages;

• one bell pepper;

• 50 gr. green parsley;

For the test:

• one teaspoon of sugar and salt;

• two eggs;

• 300 ml of water;

• 200 gr. flour;

• one teaspoon baking powder;

• 50 gr. vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

We send eggs, sugar and salt to the mixer. Beat at medium speed until foam appears.

Add water and continue to work with the mixer.

Mixing agent with sifted flour. In small portions, put the mixture in the mixer bowl and continue whisking.

Add oil and mix again.

Cut the sausage into small pieces.

Finely chop the parsley. We send it together with the sausage to the dough.

Grind sweet pepper and also add it to the rest of the compound.

Mix very carefully and gently until smooth.

Pour the ladle of dough with the filling into the pan and bake on both sides.

Recipe 4. Pancakes with Sausage Delicious Sausage

Ingredients:

• two cups of milk;

• 350 gr. flour;

• three eggs;

• two tablespoons of art. Sahara;

• ½ teaspoon of salt.

• a piece of fat;

• 200 gr. milk sausage.

Cooking method:

In a mixer bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt and sugar.

Add flour in portions and prepare the dough.

Cut the sausage into thin strips.

Heat the pan and grease it with a piece of bacon.

Put a large pinch of sausage at the bottom. Pour the ladle of dough on top.

After a minute, turn the pancake over and fry it on the reverse side.

Remove from the pan to a large plate.

Recipe 5. Pancakes with sausage "Hearty dish"

Ingredients:

Dough for pancakes:

• 0.370 kg of flour;

• two eggs;

• two glasses of water;

• 1/2 tsp. sugar and salt;

• 50 ml of vegetable oil.

Filling:

• 200 gr. sausages;

• two tomatoes;

• 150 gr. hard cheese;

• five branches of dill.

Cooking method:

We prepare the dough in the same way as in the third recipe.

Slice a sausage into strips.

Clean and dried dill finely chopped.

We turn hard cheese into thin strips with a grater.

Cut tomatoes into thin half rings.

We bake pancakes on both sides in sunflower oil. Remove on a large plate.

In the middle of the pancake we lay out alternately pieces of sausage, herbs, tomatoes. Sprinkle with a handful of cheese. Turn off the envelope.

To prevent the filling from falling out, we additionally fry the part of the pancake where the envelope is wrapped.

Recipe 6. Pancakes with sausage and mushrooms

Ingredients:

• ten pancakes;

• 150 gr. boiled sausage;

• four fresh champignons;

• several branches of parsley;

• one onion;

• pepper and salt;

• five tablespoons of Art. mayonnaise.

Cooking method:

We cook pancakes in the same way as in the first recipe.

Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. Salt, sprinkle with pepper. Fry until mushrooms are cooked. We shift to a deep plate.

Cut the sausage into strips.

Finely chop the parsley.

Add greens and sausage to a plate with mushrooms. Stuffing well mixed.

Lubricate the inner surface of the pancake with half a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Put the filling on one of the edges.

Wrap the pancakes with a roll. The lateral edges are also bent inward. It turns out a closed roll.

Reheat the pan, add a little oil and heat the pancakes.

Recipe 7. Pancakes with sausage and carrots

Ingredients:

• twelve pancakes;

• 300 gr. boiled sausage;

• one carrot and one onion;

• salt;

• a pinch of coriander and curry.

Cooking method:

We bake pancakes using any of the methods described above.

Freeze the sausage a little and then cut into thin strips.

Grind carrots and onions into small pieces and fry until cooked.

Leave the vegetables for fifteen minutes and then mix with the sausage.

Pepper and add spices.

We place about one tablespoon of the toppings in the middle of the pancake and fold it with an envelope.

We eat the dish hot. Therefore, pancakes with sausage are heated for one minute in the microwave or a little fry in oil.

Recipe 8. Pancakes with sausage and cabbage

Ingredients:

Dough:

• one glass of flour and starch;

• two eggs;

• 0.37 liters of milk;

• 50 ml of sunflower oil;

• 30 gr. Sahara;

• half a hour l. salt.

Filling:

• 200 gr. smoked sausage;

• two onions;

• one teaspoon of paprika;

• ½ kg of cabbage;

• two tablespoons of art. tomato paste;

• a pinch of salt.

Cooking method:

We grind two eggs with sugar and salt.

Mix the flour with starch, sift and pour into the egg mass.

We introduce milk in a thin stream and mix well.

Pour in vegetable oil. All stirred again.

Fry pancakes and leave them to cool slightly.

We clean the onions, cut into small cubes and fry for five minutes.

Shred the cabbage and add it to the pan. We continue to simmer the vegetables on low heat for eight to ten minutes.

Cut the sausage into small cubes and add to the pan.

We put the tomato paste, pour in the paprika, salt and cook for another five minutes.

Remove from the stove and cool.

In the center of the pancake we place two teaspoons of the filling and wrap it with an envelope.

Before serving, preheat in the microwave or in the oven.

Sausage Pancakes - Tips and Tricks

  • In the right pancake test, the amount of liquid and flour should be approximately the same.

  • Use only fresh yeast. You can’t overdo it with their number.

  • The dough at all stages of cooking should be ground and beat thoroughly so that there is not a single lump left in it before baking pancakes.

  • In order for the butter layer to be even and the same for all pancakes, it is not worth pouring it into the pan. It lubricates the surface of the stewpan. For this purpose, you can use a piece of potato or onion chopped on a fork.

  • In order not to spoil the first pancake, you need to heat the pan well.

  • The edges of the sausage crepes that remain outside can be slightly greased with mayonnaise. This will help the roll not spin up and keep in shape.

  • As soon as the pancake in the pan starts to rise and rouge, it needs to be turned over, otherwise it may become too dry, and even worse, burn.
