New Year tree "Exclusive"

This dessert is prepared based on a pancake cake, but it looks simply delicious. Here the dough is on kefir, if desired, we use any other option. It is advisable to prepare a tree the day before the holiday so that it is saturated. For decoration, we use nuts, pomegranate seeds, and candied fruit.

Ingredients

  • 280 ml of kefir;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 350 g of sweet curd;
  • 250 ml cream 33%;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 0.3 tsp cultivator;
  • 180 g flour;
  • 2 tablespoons of oil;
  • the dye is green.

Cooking method

  1. We make the dough with a mixer or a whisk so that flour lumps do not appear in it. Combine sugar with eggs and kefir, salt and beat. Introduce flour and butter. Leave for ten minutes, beat again.
  2. We spread the dough into a pan with a diameter of 18-20 cm. But in an unusual way. First, fry a large pancake, then spread it less, and even less, until we get the smallest cake, which will be the top of the tree.
  3. While the pancakes cool, whip the cream and combine with a sweet curd mass.
  4. Lubricate pancakes, collect a Christmas tree in the form of a cone. Top with a cream, but with the addition of green dye.
  5. We decorate with cream or nuts painted in other shades, sweets, pomegranate seeds “glow” very beautifully on the New Year’s beauty.

You can use cream cheese instead of cottage cheese, but in this case, whip the cream with powdered sugar. Also, if desired, use another cream, for example, from boiled condensed milk with butter. But we apply thin layers, otherwise it will turn out to be too sugary Christmas tree.

Ginger Painted Cookies

Fragrant painted cookies with spices and honey is very simple to prepare, can be used as a dessert, gift, or even a Christmas tree decoration. According to this recipe, it always turns out.

Ingredients

  • 380 g flour;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • egg;
  • 120 g of oil;
  • 5 g of cinnamon;
  • 5 g of ginger;
  • a pinch of nutmeg;
  • 65 g of brown sugar;
  • 6 g of soda.

For glaze:

  • 120 g of powdered sugar;
  • 1 tsp lemon juice;
  • egg white.

Cooking method

  1. In a saucepan or bowl we send butter, brown sugar, honey and heat until the sand dissolves, we sprinkle spices. Next we introduce soda, egg and beat.
  2. Add the flour, knead, remove the dough for an hour in the refrigerator.
  3. We roll out a layer about five millimeters thick. We cut out cookies by cutting, send to a laid baking sheet. Bake for about ten minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Beat up protein from a single large egg until foam, introduce powder and lemon juice, you can color the icing.
  5. Cool cookies and decorate. If there is no special bag, then you can put the icing in a bag, pierce a hole.

If you want to make cookies to decorate the Christmas tree, then immediately make holes for the ropes, and then bake. Poke them easily with a cocktail tube.

Italian sweets "Torrone"

Chic sweets that are prepared according to the Italian recipe. They fit perfectly into the festive menu, go with champagne better than any chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of almonds;
  • 200 g of sugar;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 ml of water;
  • 25 g coconut flakes.

Cooking method

  1. Pour boiling water over almonds, rinse with cold water in five minutes, remove the skin, it should very easily separate. Dry the almonds in a pan, chop.
  2. Mix sugar with water and make syrup until soft ball consistency. To check, drip a little syrup in cold water, it should thicken, but not freeze to a candy.
  3. Pour nuts into caramel, stir, introduce one egg at a time. First one, quickly stir, then the second. If the eggs are very small, then we introduce one more. We continue to warm until the mass begins to lag behind the walls of the dishes.
  4. Cool the nut mixture a little, then quickly roll up the balls with wet hands, roll in coconut, let cool.

You can use multi-colored shavings for boning or replace them with seeds, sesame seeds, other nuts.

Curd cakes "Snowballs"

Very beautiful and delicious snowballs in coconut flakes - a great dessert for the New Year's table. The fat content of cottage cheese is chosen to your taste. Do not use a dry product or additionally introduce a little sour cream. We focus on consistency.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 90 g coconut flakes;
  • some raisins;
  • 50 g of sugar;
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar;
  • sour cream if necessary.

Cooking method

  1. Soak raisins in hot water for juiciness.
  2. Grind the cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla, add 50 g of coconut. We are waiting for the sugar to melt, we check the consistency. If the mass is not sticky and crumbles, then we introduce a little sour cream.
  3. We pluck off a little curd mass, make a cake, lay a few raisins. Roll into a ball. Bone in coconut, do not regret it. It remains only to cool the snowballs.

You can lay inside not raisins, but other dried fruits, nuts, chocolate or make snowballs with surprises using different ingredients.

New Year's dessert "Tangerines in caramel"

What is a festive table without tangerines? You can just put a bowl of fruit, but it’s better to cook such a miracle.

Ingredients

  • 10 tangerines;
  • 160 g of sugar;
  • 2 cinnamon sticks;
  • 1 tbsp. water;
  • some chopped pistachios.

Cooking method

  1. We clean the tangerines. With two, remove the zest.
  2. Pour sugar in a pan, begin to melt. As soon as it melts, gradually pour a glass of hot water. We do it carefully, bubbles will appear.
  3. Add cinnamon sticks and crushed zest to the caramel, warm it together over low heat for 5 minutes
  4. We cool the caramel to a warm state, but do not let it freeze. Water the tangerines, sprinkle with pistachios. Cover with cling film, allow to soak.

Very often, dessert is prepared with the addition of citrus liquor. This option with alcohol is only suitable for an adult table.
