Ground beef cutlets - general principles of preparation

Minced beef cutlets - a classic recipe

Ingredients:

• 490 g of ground beef;

• salt;

• one onion;

• two slices of white bread;

• egg;

• flour;

• 140 ml of milk.

Cooking method:

1. Divide the bread into several parts and soak it in milk for 10 minutes.

2. After that, completely crush the bread in the milk until smooth.

3. Peel onions and grate on a medium grater.

4. Put ground beef in a bowl. Add grated onion, milk and bread, salt and beat the egg there. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands.

5. Form the minced oval cutlets.

6. Put flour in a plate and mix it with salt.

7. Roll each cutlet in this mixture.

8. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry all cutlets on both sides on it alternately until cooked.

Ingredients:

• 520 g of beef;

• two onions;

• pepper;

• 70 g of cheese;

Cooking method:

1. Separate the flesh of the loaf from the crust.

2. Put the pulp in a plate and pour it with boiled water. Press the bread down and leave it to swell.

3. Rinse the meat thoroughly and cut into pieces.

4. Peel the garlic and onions and divide into slices.

5. Twist the meat with onions and garlic through a meat grinder.

2. Rinse the potatoes, peel them and also grate on a medium grater.

3. Put ground beef in a bowl, add shabby potatoes, onions and mix.

4. Then pour salt and pepper into the same container, break the eggs and pour milk with vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.

5. Form the patties and sprinkle them with plenty of breadcrumbs. Keep the raw dish in the refrigerator for five minutes, and meanwhile, heat the sunflower oil in a pan.

Ingredients:

• 320 g of ground beef;

• one potato;

• one onion;

• crackers;

• one egg yolk;

1. Stir the egg yolk, ground beef and milk in a container.

2. Peel the potatoes and grate them. Add the vegetable to the minced meat.

2. Peel the garlic and onions. Twist them with minced squeezed bread through a meat grinder.

3. Rinse the green onion several times, shake and chop. Add it along with salt, egg and pepper to the minced meat. Mix well.

4. Form balls from minced meat and place them in a double boiler.

5. Cook the dish for 40 minutes.

6. Serve cutlets with a side dish of any cereal and lettuce.

Finnish beef cutlets

Ingredients:

• 540 g of lean beef;

• allspice;

• 480 ml of milk;

• a glass of whipped cream;

• one egg;

• bow;

• one glass of wheat crackers;

• 90 g flour.

Cooking method:

1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.

2. In a bowl, mix the minced meat with salt, chopped onion, pepper, egg, half a glass of cream and breadcrumbs.

4. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the round patties on it from all sides. Put the browned meatballs on a plate.

5. The juice will remain in the pan, sift the flour into it and fry it until golden brown. Pour in the milk there and mix everything.

• 90 g of white bread;

• three cloves of garlic;

Cooking method:

1. Peel and rinse the onion and garlic. Rinse and dry the meat.

2. Cut the ingredients at random and twist through a meat grinder.

3. Grate the cheese with a grater.

4. Put cooked minced meat in a container, add to it a broken egg, cheese, salt and pepper. Knead everything thoroughly.

Ingredients:

• 110 ml of water;

• 110 g of rye bread.

Cooking method:

1. Cut the crust off the bread. Put the middle in a plate and fill with water. Soften the bread for five minutes.

2. Take a meat grinder and twist through it chopped meat, peeled onions and cold butter.

3. Add softened bread, salt and Provence herbs to the scrolled foods.
