The cocktail is widely used not only in vegetarian food, but also in a healthy one that attracts more and more people. By its usefulness, smoothies are on a par with fresh fruits and vegetables.

A drink is healthier for juice, because it retains all the vitamins and fiber ingredients. It perfectly helps digestion.

Today, the drink can be bought in a cafe or in a store. But it’s much more useful to cook it yourself.

Smoothies are prepared quickly. It is enough to have a blender in the kitchen arsenal that performs its functions without fail.

Strawberry smoothies - general cooking principles

Ripe strawberry without damage is suitable for smoothies. It must be washed in water and cut off the tails. Berries are cut into several pieces, or in small plates.

The additional constituent smoothies with strawberries can be cream, milk, yogurt, juices, water, ice cream, syrups, green tea, a variety of spices and herbal mixtures.

A mandatory ingredient in a smoothie is a sweet ingredient. Therefore, honey, sugar and very often banana are added. This fruit gives not only sweetness, but also helps to get a creamy smoothie texture. It goes well with strawberries.

A good drink is obtained with apples, raspberries, ginger and mint.

To make a real smoothie you will need a powerful kitchen assistant - a blender. It is with its help that you can achieve the necessary structure of the drink in just a half dozen seconds.

A properly cooked smoothie resembles a milkshake or yogurt. If the drink looks like a fruit salad mixed with milk or water, this is no longer a smoothie.

For a rich taste and color, the strawberry smoothie should be thick enough in consistency.

  3. In a blender cup, place kiwi slices and mint leaves.

  4. Pour a spoonful of honey and a third of a glass of water.

• ten berries;

• one glass of almond milk;

  2. Pour milk.

  3. We turn on the kitchen unit and beat the ingredients in just a few seconds. During this time, they turn into a homogeneous mass.

Strawberry Smoothies - Tips & Tricks

  1. When preparing a drink, do not overdo it with water. If you add too much of it, you get something similar to a liquid jelly, and not a thick cocktail.

  2. If the drink is too cold, you need to give it time to warm up or eat with a teaspoon and slightly warm it in your mouth, as elders once taught in childhood.

  3. In a smoothie, it is better to add the liquid ingredient, not at room temperature, but from the refrigerator, since the blender heats the contents during operation.

  4. If the drink is too sweet, it should be diluted with a spoon of lemon juice.

  5. Do not cook smoothies with too many ingredients. An ideal drink is obtained when it contains no more than five components.
