Chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing and hazelnuts

How do you like chocolate with a taste of chocolate? This is not some kind of tautology, but a chocolate cake covered in chocolate icing and hazelnut pieces relishes just phenomenal! It is so tasty that it melts in your mouth as soon as you try it! Such a delicacy is prepared for a short time - just 30-4 minutes, and therefore you can easily serve a sweet dessert to your guests, adding freshly brewed coffee or tea.

This recipe will perfectly rescue you in case of any holidays or birthdays, because you ate to cut the cake horizontally and pereselit any cream, then it will turn out very tasty cake.

For 6 servings of chocolate muffin you will need:

- 1 chicken egg;

- 100 ml of warm milk;

- 150 g of flour;

- 150 g of granulated sugar;

- 3 tbsp. l cocoa powder;

- 2.5 tbsp sunflower oil;

- 2 pinches of salt;

- 1 tsp. soda, quenched with vinegar;

- 100 g of boiling water.

For glaze:

- 1.5 tbsp. cocoa powder;

- 50 g of powdered sugar;

- 50 ml of heated milk;

- 50 g butter;

- 50 g of sugar.

- hazelnuts.

First, you should make a chocolate cake, it is also called “boiled biscuit” or simply chocolate biscuit, but in fact it is a cake, as it is added to vegetable oil. In a container with high sides break a chicken egg and immediately add sugar in it mixed with salt. Whisk everything well with a fork or a whisk, trying to dissolve the sugar.

Pour in warm milk with sunflower oil and mix again until a fluffy froth appears.

Next, add wheat flour with cocoa powder. Know that cocoa interferes very badly, so it would be best to use the whisk. After adding loose ingredients, the dough will be thick - do not worry, because you will need to pour in more boiling water.

But before you pour it, quench the soda with vinegar. After pouring in boiling water, mix the dough immediately and pour it into the form. Place the chocolate batter in the oven for about 25 minutes, making sure that the cake is well baked.

While the dessert is being baked, prepare the chocolate icing by mixing the dry ingredients in a container and filling them with warmed milk with melted butter. Stir the glaze thoroughly to dissolve the sugar and it turns out to be a brilliant color. Grind hazelnuts in a combine or on a blender, but not in crumb. By this time, the cupcake will just be baked - its surface will become slightly cracked. Remove the cake from the pan and put it on a plate. Allow to cool slightly, as the glaze needs to be poured over the cooled dessert.

By this time, the icing will thicken - pour it on a cupcake and smooth with a spatula.

On one side of the cupcake in a semicircle put the hazelnut pieces.

Decorate a chocolate muffin with mint leaves and serve.

- 1 egg - 4 rub .;

- 100 + 50 ml of milk - 10 rubles;

- 150 + 50 g of granulated sugar - 10 rubles;

- 150 g of flour - 8 rubles .;

- 3 + 1.5 tbsp. l cocoa - 8 rubles;

- 2.5 tbsp vegetable oil - 5 rubles;

- 50 g of butter - 10 rubles;

- 50 g of powdered sugar - 3 rubles ...

- hazelnut nuts - 20 rubles.

Total: the whole cupcake with the decoration and icing costs about 80 rublesand 1 portion is 13 rub. A great option for a simple tea party with friends and friends, and for a festive event! Everyone will be delighted with your chocolate treats.
