To prepare cookies, use cereal or oatmeal. You can cook it yourself. To do this, oatmeal is fried in a dry frying pan, cooled and ground in a blender until flour. In some recipes, the dough is kneaded on cereal and flour, taking them in equal proportions.

Butter is replaced with vegetable fat. All ingredients are combined in a deep bowl and knead the dough. Its consistency should be viscous. You do not need to knead for a long time. Sugar or honey makes sweet pastries.

To make the cookies soft and lush, slaked soda or baking powder is added to the dough. It is left for some time so that the flakes swell.

The taste of baking can be diversified by adding pieces of fruit, nuts or dried fruits to the dough.

Spread the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment, or form it with wet hands.

Cookies are baked until tender. Before serving, it can be crushed with powdered sugar.

Recipe 1. Lean Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

350 g oatmeal flakes;

200 ml of vegetable oil;

100 g of walnuts and raisins;

100 g of white sugar;

bag of baking powder.

Cooking method

Pour the vegetable oil into a deep bowl, add sugar and whisk lightly with a mixer.

Pour oatmeal into a blender bowl and interrupt until flour.

Combine oatmeal with baking powder and pour into whipped butter. Knead the dough not too tight and send it to the refrigerator for an hour, so that the flour from the cereal swells.

In a dry frying pan, lightly fry the walnuts. Pour raisins with boiling water, then lay them on a sieve and dry them, laying them on a napkin. Add nuts and raisins to the dough, mix well.

From the dough we form small cakes and put them on a baking sheet, previously covering it with baking paper. We leave a small distance between the cookies, since during the baking process it will rise. We send the pan to the oven for 20 minutes, heating it to 180 degrees.

Recipe 2. Lean oatmeal cookies with apples

Ingredients

stack wheat flour;

some raisins;

stack oatmeal;

nuts

large apple;

a pinch of cinnamon;

30 g of honey;

5 g of baking soda;

30 g of white sugar;

30 ml refined vegetable oil.

Cooking method

Wash the apple, place in a mold and set to bake until soft. Then take out the fruit and cool.

Pour oatmeal into a blender bowl and grind it into flour. Combine the wheat and oat flour in a deep bowl, add salt and sugar. Quench the soda with citric acid diluted in water and pour into the dough. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine honey with cinnamon and butter. Mash baked apples to a puree state by removing the skins and seed boxes. Add to the butter and honey and stir until smooth. Add raisins and nuts.

Add the dry mixture in small portions and knead the dough. Form small circles from the dough and place them on a baking sheet, at a small distance from each other. Send a quarter of an hour into the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.

Recipe 3. Lean oatmeal cookies with honey

Ingredients

stack oatmeal;

ground cinnamon;

Into a warm mixture we introduce baking soda, salt and spices. Shake the mixture slightly with a whisk so that the spices are evenly distributed.

Grind oatmeal with a blender until flour. Oatmeal is introduced into the honey mixture. Stir, pouring the sifted flour, knead a soft, slightly sticky dough. We give the dough to rest for 20 minutes.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment. Lubricate the hands with oil, tweak a little dough to make a bowl the size of a walnut. Roll up and lightly press. We spread the blanks on a baking sheet, leaving a small distance between them. Preheat the oven to 200 C and place a baking sheet in it. Bake cookies for ten minutes.

Recipe 4. Lean oatmeal cookies with chocolate

Ingredients

50 g of cherries;

30 g of white sugar;

oat flakes - 100 g;

30 g of starch;

80 ml of vegetable oil;

chocolate - 50 g.

Cooking method

Pour oatmeal into a food processor and grind it to a state of not too fine crumbs. Transfer to a deep bowl, add starch and sugar. Mix.

Pour the dry mixture with vegetable oil and knead the dough. Leave it to rest for half an hour.

Wash my cherries and dry on a napkin. Remove the seeds from the berries. Melt the chocolate. Spread chocolate and cherries in the swollen dough. Stir.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment. With wet hands, we form cookies in the form of small gingerbread cookies. We turn on the oven 180 degrees. We send a baking sheet into it and bake oatmeal cookies for half an hour until golden brown.

Recipe 5. Lean oatmeal cookies with dates

Ingredients

baking powder bag;

pitted dates - 100 g;

150 ml of vegetable oil;

honey - 100 g;

oat flakes "Hercules" - 100 g;

wheat flour - half a stack.

Cooking method

Dates are mine. Pour 150 ml of purified water into a small stewpan. We put it on the stove and bring to a boil. Put dates in boiling water and boil them for five minutes. We recline on a sieve and cool. Do not pour the broth. Finely chopped dates.

We combine in a deep bowl oatmeal with baking powder and flour. Mix.

Pour refined oil into the mixture and mix until fine crumbs are formed. Add a decoction of dates, stir and put honey. Mix again.

From the resulting dough we form balls, press them lightly to get a not too thin cake. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper. We put cookies on it. Put the dates on top, slightly pressing them into the workpiece. Bake at 180 degrees 45 minutes.

Recipe 6. Lean Oatmeal Cookies with Bananas

Ingredients

baking powder bag;

150 ml of vegetable oil;

honey - 50 g;

one banana;

walnuts - 100 g.

Cooking method

Grind oatmeal with a food processor, blender or coffee grinder to a state of fine crumbs.

Remove the peel from the banana, cut into pieces, put it on a plate and knead the fruit with a fork to a porridge.

Grind oatmeal combine with baking powder and nuts. Mix. In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable oil with banana puree and honey. We add liquid ingredients to the dry mixture and knead the dough with a uniform consistency.

Grease a baking sheet with oil. We pluck a small amount of dough with wet hands and form cakes. We lay out on a baking sheet at a certain distance. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Put the pan on the middle level of the oven and bake for half an hour until it is rosy.

Recipe 7. Gingerless Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

one and a half stack. oatmeal;

100 ml of cucumber pickle;

50 g of honey;

100 ml of sunflower refined oil;

10 g of ginger powder.

Cooking method
